Anything like this, these photos were taken on a recent trip to Corwen (near Llangollen) by some fellow IAM members.

I'm happy to organise 2021's RT meet & routes if no one else wants to take the reigns?.. I propose the same dates as this year, which would be Friday 9th to Sunday 11th July for 2021. Wales has been suggested? I've got a pretty good knowledge of south/mid & North Wales (even that road you went on from Lake Vyrnwy (Vernroy for the English to pronounce correctly lol) to Elan valley Bob... Lincolnshire Wolds has also been suggested, its pretty flat and not very inspiring regarding good riding, I do have a good friend who lives in Spalding though, and I'm sure he'd be more than happy to help in organising a good day's motorcycling..

That road is on the Tregaron to Llandovery section of the "Llandovery Loop" (Ride 25) out of the Bikers' Britain guide book.

I've got it planned into some Brecon Beacon routes, is it as bad as described in the guide, would you recommend riding it.

Right i come from brecon on back roads through firing range lovely route join loop above Brianne, At Rhandirmwyn i turn right over river turn right at pub to pumasaint way, not got basecamp open but roughly.
Road stunning beautiful and surface not to bad car and half wide lots bends two bad uphill hairpins but very little traffic. Done it twice now first time 2 up loaded.
Reminds of west coast scotland yes well worth it. Next time i go want to play on some of other lanes

Not exactly today, but we had a run out on Sunday to Settle for sausage&chips then up to Ribblehead Viaduct, Hawes and home to east of York. On the B6255 north of Ribblehead saw an orange sign 'Photographer ahead 50m', then a pap in the field with a further sign 'Shutter Speed Motorcycle Photography' afterwards. Had a peruse today and found this. £7.50 for a hi-res pic whic I though was very reasonable.[attach=1]

Usually in the Yorkshire Dales, police mobile cameras are strategically positioned to get the best view of motorcyclists on the roads.

Unfortunately, a warning sign is not placed ahead and the photo is likely to cost you around £100, inc. free P&P.
