Made the most of the weather before back to work tomorrow! 190 mile (5.5 hrs) round trip to Bala Lake using mainly minor/A roads. Pretty quiet and beautiful ride out! Flask of coffee and a turkey sandwich by the lake!

Decided last night it was the time to go for a nice long ride. Washed, had a cuppa then the wife came in from the shop. She said it was cold outside and in the car, the ice icon showing, well she says that at anything below 70c. Looked at the temperature gauge that's on the outside of the garage wall. Bloody hell she was right. It showed -1c. Just checked again at 11.30 am and the temp has risen to 2c. Don't mind the cold but if there is a chance of ice the bike stays in the garage :( . Try again tomorrow

So this morning i started taking Artie apart to fit the bits i've bought.
I've fitted the LED bulbs and put the headlight back on the bike.
Tested and all 3 are working.

Yes,

Dropped it here, in the Thames Valley! Thanks a bunch.

My RT is in the garage, on life support. I did manage a short (30 mile) run yesterday. Once the salt is down, the BMW remains in hibernation and I just use my Panthers. They are oily enough to not be bothered by a bit of salt!

Roll on the summer.

I can't remember which TV show it was on, Mock of the Week, Have I got News for You or something similar, but the comedian said in wonderful Welsh accent. "You can tell which is the the British Bobsleigh team, they're the ones behind the gritter."
