Looks like a Kawasaki H1 with 2 engines? Probably the 5 cylinder KH500 by  Allen Millyard.

Is a 5 cylinder. Can imagine the power on that 2 stroke beast!

Here's something from the butty van near us you might be interested in? Looks amazing with the panels removed to show the amount of work that's gone into it.

Thanks, Simbo! I always liked the Triple, but with 5 or 6 cylinders those bikes are sharks on wheels!!
On the other hand, that scooter is something else! Would hate to have one pull next to me at the light
and leave me behind , without even noticing where he left...That is some cool stuff!

That scooter is very nicely done. Looks like a hell of a lot of work, wonder how he got the gear change to work from the handlebars? And the final drive must be interesting. Very nicely finished too, and the radiator keeps his legs warm in winter![emoji3]

1974 Hercules W-2000 ?

I thought rotary engines were a great idea, but like many great ideas, the devil is in the detail and a huge amount of development would have been required to finish up with what would still be a niche motorcycle.

A lost opportunity.... The Wankel Rotary engine could have been such a good idea and in the Seventies there was much enthusiasm for the new engines in the form of the Suzuki RE5, NSU Ro80, Mazda Rotary etc. It soon became obvious that all was not well with rotor tip wear, high fuel consumption, and overheating being the main problems. Later on Norton proved it could be a success with their RCW588 Racer which went on to have many wins including the 1992 Senior TT. Here's a photo of the Norton Rotary Racers at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham Image

I remember watching the JPS Nortons at Knockhill - they didn't look easy to ride but looked hugely powerful - wheelies everywhere.
Steve Spray and Trevor Nation were spectacular on them.

Nice to hear a few words about the rotary engine. They sure were impressive, but just like the 8track audio tapes,
or Beta video tapes, vanished without a trace... :shirty:

Looks like it used to be a Honds GL1000 in a previous life.
