From April 2019 any bike registered prior to July 2007 will face a £12.50 daily charge to enter central London

My RT was registered in April 2007, yet passes this online test - ??

i've stuck a few 'ebay' registrations in the ULEZ checker and it appears that 2005-2006 ones fail the test, but 2007 ones pass
