RealOEM lists, Repair paint M955 white aluminum met. matt, http://www.realoem.com/bmw/enUS/showpar ... Id=36_1768

Found this on ebay, BMW White Aluminum Iii Matt Touch Up Motorbike Paint - 955, https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-White-Al ... %7Ciid%3A1

Note that the "M" in the paint code is missing, might be worth contacting the seller.

Sent this email to ACEPARTS,

"I’m looking for some BMW Touch Up Paint for the wheels on a motorcycle. The BMW parts fiche lists the following, Repair paint M955 white aluminum met. Matt.
On ebay, you have item number: 192560498640 listed as BMW White Aluminum Iii Matt Touch Up Motorbike Paint – 955.
Please are you able confirm whether or not the paint on offer is indeed correct & the same as that listed by BMW."

Got this reply,

"I have had a look for you and sadly this code is slightly different unfortunately we do not stock a part that would be suitable for your vehicle, we are very sorry about that!"

If all else fails, try your local BMW Motorrad dealer, who, in my case, couldn't come up with an answer either.

Wunderlich offer Wurth Silver Wheel Paint, http://www.wunderlichamerica.com/motorc ... 99110.html

"This silver wheel paint closely matches the finish of the silver frame, engine cases and cast wheels of many BMW motorcycles. It's perfect for touching up scratches."

Another endorsement for Wurth paint, albeit on an engine cover, http://www.motorcycleinfo.co.uk/indexc8 ... eId=739661

"Wurth German Alloy Silver Wheel Paint Lacquer topped off with the same company's clear lacquer gives a paint finish that is pretty close to the BMW factory original finish."

Crikey - that’s above and beyond David! Really appreciated -I’ll look at the Wurth stuff as an option.

Have a great weekend.

Looks increasingly favourable that the Wurth stuff will do the trick.
Found this thread on BMWMOA, https://forums.bmwmoa.org/showthread.ph ... 010-1200rt.

"I've had very good luck using this paint on silver wheels, frame and engine cases.
The wheels were K75 and K1200RS, the frame and crank cover was on a K1200RS."

The BMW listed repair paint (M955) for the wheels on a K1200RS is the same as that for a 2014 R1200RT.
BMW used to list a Spray Silver, part no. 51911240868, which is no longer available.

This link to BMW Motorcycle Paint Codes, http://bmwmotorcycletech.info/pcodes.htm, confirms the BMW part no. and describes the colour as Snowflake wheel SILVER.
Plus, "NOTE regarding the painted alloy wheels: An EXCELLENT match for that paint is Würth's Silver Wheel Paint."
