2011 one cylinder at idle is 150 degree c, the other 350

I have swapped the injectors, coil pack and plugs and still the temperature difference, so am stumped now

If it's not an electrics issue, it'll be fuel - one cylinder, the hot one, is running very lean compared to the other. As a starter, I'd look for air leaks on the hot side.

I had this recently, although temperature differances were not quite as extreame.
It turned out to be a failing lambda sensor.
