£4 saved, 90 mins spent. Not minimum wage that, not even close. I’d spend 90 mins for a 4% reduction on my £1800 premium though.. :-)

You would have thought insurance would have come down with less claims as a result of the virus. My car insurance with Admiral went up slightly and this was after they gave me 25 quid back because of the fall in claims!

Not so sure about cost reduction. Our X5 got err.. damaged by some street furniture .. and has been with the repairers for 28 days awaiting an intercooler as the part isn’t available. That’s 28 days with a hire car that would have been ten days normally. The hire car cost is going to be bigger than the repair cost at this rate.

Devitt‘s renewal Quote for my RT was an extra £100. I went online and got a quote from Devitt for almost the same as my previous. Rang them up and they immediately said I could have it at the online quote. Shop around every time. Test their online against their written renewal quote and face them with the lower one.
