Litelok Gold Moto Security Device

Post by Old-Git »

sorry if this is the wrong section for this....
Just a word of warning about this product. Pros - light weight, good security, doesn't take up much space. Cons - the shackle is big, making it difficult to thread through much at the front end, so far I've only been able to get it through the wheel and one disk. Haven't tried back end yet, panniers are in the way (it arrived just before a 1200 mile 3 day trip and I was too knackered to take them off in a hotel car park that was pretty secure anyway).  And it's still a bit short IMHO. I will keep it because of the Pros, and it will come in useful for my pushbike.HTH

They do come in different lengths.
However, I wouldn't call it light!
We use it on our Tandem.
