They have been down since Thursday I think. Not just Express, but everything including e-mail and phone system. Their aviation services where also down, but they have now restored full aviatiob service (just as well, a lot of databases have to be updated every 28 days, and services such as filing of flight plans and real-time inflight weather were not available for a while). This could indicate a number of things; maybe they took the avaition services down before the infection got to them, then they are being restored having isolated those sytems from the rest of the network, or perhaps they have a solution and they are rolling it out to the most critical systems first.
