Denali CanSmart with D1s and D4s can't dim the lights

I have developed an issue with the Denali CanSmart mated with 2 D1s and 2 D4s. I now can not dim the Denali's for some reason. They are stuck on 100%. I can turn them off and on, and they still flash like normal but I can not dim them using the wonder wheel as I have been able to do in the past. I do need to do the update to the new software version which I will do soon, but in the meantime, do any of you have any suggestions as to what the cause may be?
