It would depend on what your goals are among other data points. I went with a Sargent low seat as I have a very short inseam. I spoke with RDL and they were clear that their seats could not accommodate my 29" inseam at all and allow me to get anywhere near flat footed while stopped. My Sargent seat is very comfortable right out of the box.
