Engine runs rough after rain

Hi,


After changing the FPC and the spark plugs of my R1200RT 2010 the engine was perfect, very smooth. I did about 1000 kms very happy. After one rainy day and the bike parked outside, the engine is now rough and when I accelerate it doesn't runs as faster has it did before. I already changed the main coils (one was bad) but the same.


What could it be?
