Navigator V fault

Coming home today Nav V decided to give up the ghost, switched on ok but does not connect with a satellite , will not accept any details like trying to enter a postcode and appears to be frozen has anyone any idea,s on the problem ? can they be repaired ?

Try a factory reset first

This video shows a Zumo 660/665, https://youtu.be/Q0td7d4BH9A I'm sure the Nav V (made by Garmin) will be very similar.

I would suggest that too.

I have found that this procedure works for all the Garmin units so I can't see it being different for the Nav V
