French clean air certificate (Crit'Air)

Haven't applied for a french clean air certificate(Crit'Air) for a few years. I need a couple of details that are not stated on my V5.
The 1st is Euro standard 1.2.3.4.5.or 6?
Next is the CO2 emission.
The bike is a 1200 hex, 2007 model. I've searched the web and here but can't find any info.
Also, does anyone know of a VIN decoder that gives full detail of the bike?

It’s been a while since I did the one for my RT LC but it was classed as a group 2.

It will be a Euro 3 as Euro 4 started in 2016

I contacted BMW who told me i need to buy a certificate of conformity for the CO2 and Euro classes. They want loads of money for that. I asked couldn't they just tell me over the phone their answer was NO.

After 4 days of searching and frustration ive found the info. Typically on a German website
2007 bike is Euro 3. The NOx is 0.038 where the maximum is 0.15 for Euro 3.
CO2 is 111.4 CO2 g/km
As none of these details are printed on my V5 my bike and I wanted to travel to London now the TFL wants £15 to £17 a day off me. The only way around this is to pay BMW £120.00 for a bit of paper to confirm my bike is Euro 3.
I've also found the average MPG (imperial gallon UK) is 49 MPG of for the USA it's 44 MPG. Or for those nice people in Euroland, that's 20.8 KM/L. So me being in the UK with an average of 59 MPG am doing good.

I bought one for my 2018 when I first bought the bike about 18 months ago, then decided on a new screen… foolishly I thought that I’d inform the French somehow and get a replacement sticker easily - wrong - you have to fill the whole form in again as if you’ve never already done it.
It’s not a big deal but bemusing.

The German emissions certification or Umwetplackette does not apply to bikes if that’s any help.

Hi Steve,its to get the necessary info for the French air thingy.Off to the Dordogne in a couple of months and i may need it.Is there a map to reference where it's needed(Going to have a google)

Once the sticker is stuck to a screen it is a right pain to get it off. How the French remove them ive no idea. There is always some residual left.
Easiest what to find what emissions your bike chucks out is to search Google. I typed BMW r1200RT 2007 CO2. BMW r1200rt 2007 emmissions. Look for german sites and use Goggle translator. Fichasmotor has the most details followed by
www.motorcyclespecs.co.za. Lucky am fluent in German and French as some translators do not recognise some words

Hi All - I am looking for advice on how to fill in the French vehicle emissions sticker application - posting in this thread to keep things tidy. I need to get a jog on as heading to France in 2 weeks.
I just purchased a 1250RT LE first registered in Sept 2021.
Three are 3 questions.
1 - Fuel type => Petrol (Tick, job done)
2 - Vehicle type => Motorbike (Tick, job done)
3 - Euro standard => Can anyone tell me the answer please? I Googled for ages to no avail. I suspect EURO5 but have no evidence.

Welcome to the site.
I had the same problem filling mine in. The bike is a 07 model. I purchased my certificate in January, took me weeks to find the answers. Try a BMW dealer they should know

I now have the answer.
The DVLA check a car is taxed service at
https://www.gov.uk/co2-and-vehicle-tax-tools shows the euro category and CO2 emissions.
