BMW R1200RT/R1250RT Forum

I have bought a "Booster Plug" to see if it improves the fuelling on my RT.
It appears that I need to remove or raise the fuel tank to access the Air Intake Sensor plug under the right side of the fuel tank.
Can anyone guide me through removing the fuel tank, or simply loosening it so it can be raised slightly to access the plug.
