Hi, is the battery in the attached picture 14AH or 16AH?
So, I think the answer to the question is it's both depending on the discharge time and current.

I've never fully understood it but a battery can be quoted as having different Ah ratings depending on the discharge time. The battery shown has a C10: 14Ah and a C20: 16Ah (EN) rating. The C numbers are hours and are how long it takes to discharge the battery with a specific current.
So, I think the answer to the question is it's both depending on the discharge time and current.
