Transmission oil change

I watched lots of YouTube videos on this subject before I tackled my own bike. I was amazed that the typical methods were to coat everything under the transmission drain plug with aluminium foil. Often a zip-seal plastic bag was employed to catch the waste oil.
I found that using a piece of 50mm aluminium angle (1mm is all you need but I had 2mm lying about the workshop).
The following image shows how this piece of approximately 450mm of Aluminium angle with a small notch cut out (to facilitate the close-by exhaust) feeds oil into an old ice-cream container without a drop on the bike or the floor!
