Handgrip Wind Deflectors?

It is starting to get cold here and even with the heated grips, my hands get cold. Has anyone figured out a good solution for warmer hands?

Hippo Hands and heavier gloves haven't worked for me.

You'll be surprised how GS style handguards with extenders keep the cold off your hands

Try Warm 'n Safe or Gerbing Heated gloves.

The muffs (Hippo Hands) didn't work for me. I nearly got killed when I couldn't get my hand back into the throttle and brake in an emergency situation. They were warm enough, but I don't feel safe with them.

I had these on my gsx1250 (would fit an RT)I wear a 2/3 xl glove and had no problem with room.I fully appreciate the snug fit issue and I tried a few muffs before I settled on these.They're not particularly warm but they did there job of keeping the wind off and coupled with good winter gloves I was happy enough at -2.After all,it's the wind chill that gets you.

I use this site for calculating wind chill,might suprise a few people how cold it actually is,especially on the fingers/hands.

Wearing a pair of latex gloves under your winter gloves keeps the wind out and the heat in

I like the idea but at 150,- Euros I will need to pass.

Do you guys know of anything cheaper alternative? I have been looking but without much luck, I'm afraid.

As an alternative you could look at which BMWs use the same brake and clutch levers, for my partners Triumph Street Triple we noticed that the Tiger 800 had the same controls so I purchased the covers made for this model and put them on the Street Triple, these combed with heated grips means she rides all year around with summer gloves on!

Those indeed seem to be the correct ones.

I was wondering why the price is what it is but the kit appears to need the shown fixing plates so perhaps the price is reasonable after all.
