Yes, the III's and IV's do. The RoadSmart I was on the original BMW recomended tyre fitment options for my Camhead. Didn't have any problems using them without a GT version code, same with the RoadSmart II. The speed and load ratings for all the tyres are the same.

Please add; Conti Road Attack 4 & Conti Road Attack 4 GT.

I put the Conti RA 4 on my F800GT when they came out and the improvement in grip and handling was remarkable (so much so that I pretty much stopped riding my RT at that point), so I'm putting them on the RT next week. (It currently has rather slippery when wet Roadsmart 2s that were fitted when I got it).

My front Racetec 01 front tyre after 6k is cupping. I intend to fit a pair of Angle GT to the bike. I've found these come in standard and "A" spec. After searching the web i came across the K1600 forum. I found a couple of subjects regarding the specs or these tyres. I seems there is a 60/40 split whether "A" or standard is needed. Now the 1600 range are much heavier bikes than ours. Many say they use the standard spec tyres whereas others say they have the "A" rated because they do 2up fully loaded touring. The ones using the Standard spec tyres mostly ride without passengers or 2up very rarely. Everyone seems to like the tyres. One thing i noted was in some American states their bikes came standard with Angle GT standard spec.
Noting all this should i purchase the standard spec tyres?

I believe Pirelli recommends A spec rear tyre for your RT.

I ride alone (she does not want to ride) and in cases where a certain spec tyre has been recommended by manufacturer that is what I have bought. I have never had any kind of negative experiences of this.

Funny when you go on their page it changes to "A" only on the front. GT1 not 11

For me it shows A spec for rear on both Angel GT and Angel GT II.

Rode yesterday for the first time in the wet on the new for this season Dunlop RoadSmart II's without any problems.

The other bikes in the group had Michelin Pilot Road 2's and Michelin Road 6's, (2 bikes).

We all rode together at the same pace in the same conditions. Therefore, my conclusion is all three tyres are as good as each other in the wet.

I was told the Michelin PR2 stopped being made in 2016 but i still see them for sale on flee bay.

My previous pair of tyres were Michelin PR2's, fitted in 2021. The production dates were week 19 (front) and week 30 (rear). They were unavailable in 2022, hence the switch to Dunlop RoadSmart II's, with RoadSmart I's also being discontinued.
