After some helpful advice on here regarding the Shoei Neotec I went out and bought one, also got the integrated intercom.
Not had much luck with sena , fitted the first one and it wouldn't power up. Back to Sportsbikeshop and they agreed it was faulty. They didn't have another one and so kindly supplied me with the upgraded Mesh one as a no cost replacement. 4 weeks later that's packed up, powers up and then turns itself off after 20 secs. Tried all the resets etc but didn't make any difference. Back to Sportsbikeshop who have sent it off for "diagnostics".
Anybody else had problems?

Never had an issue with mine.Have to say,it's been faultless.

Any problem with my old Sena SMH5-FM.
I had to change the battery after 5 years and they are as new

Had the same for a few years and it was as good as gold. Battery died so I binned it, reckoned I'd got my money's worth.

Third Sena intercom turned up this morning. Fingers crossed.
In fairness, sportsbikeshop have been very good.
