Side case Keyless lock not engaging

Side case Keyless lock not engaging

On a recent trip, I noticed that when I push the lock function on my key fob (or the button on the bars) one of my side case locks isn’t engaging. Everything else locks fine. I can still use the key to lock/unlock it. Anyone else have this issue?

First thing to check is to make sure the side case is on properly

One of mine regularly does that. Take it off and reatach does help.

Had that once, take the carrier off and operate the central locking to check "plunger/piston" is moving on the bike to engage the central locking. Mine had got some crap in there and was not moving fully. Needed a good clean and a bit of silicon spray to loosen it up. Hope that helps, Peter
