GS911 suspension reset ?

Ok so when I first used the GS911 to reset the rear shock on my 1250 the spring preload compressed then uncompressed fully as it should, the other reset option which I can’t remember what it’s called now was for the damping I think which I’m sure I heard a couple of clicks, now when I do the same process I hear nothing from the damping reset ?.
I think my rear shock now has less rebound damping than before, ‘Road’ is very bouncy and ‘Dyna’ only just good enough now.
Am I missing something ?.
