Adaptive Headlamp Faulty

Since I took delivery last summer, every time I ride at night, I get the Active Headlamp Faulty error message accompanied by the yellow warning icon. Though I have provided photo and video proof, my dealer has yet to duplicate the issue. I believe the tech has pulled a code, updated software but is as yet unresolved.
Has anyone else had this issue?

Sorry I can't help with the active headlight but I would certainly keep on at the dealer until they take it in and fix it!

Be a pain in their arse so they do something about it
