Different Foot pegs

So, I am back to an R1200RT (2016) and have discovered my feet have been spoiled ! I had a 2014 K1600 GTL with those nice comfy wide foot pegs and have a R18 TC with footboards. These RT Rider pegs are just really thin, and hit in the arch of my feet. Has anyone looked at swapping foot pegs with a K1600GTL? the slant of the mounting on the bikes look the same, I am thinking it ought to be a direct swap. However I am not about to pay New OEM pricing for K1600 GTL foot pegs. Any ideas where I can find a pair inexpensively?

Cheapest way would be a breakers, some of the Chinese places might offer them but it's a long slog looking for them on some sites.

I found a pair of Chinese foot pegs that are rotatable (which possibly could accommodate the angle of the mount) and the advert claims they are REAR PEGS for the RT. I don't like buying Chinese, partially because I bought a piece for my R18 that wouldn't fit and when I tried to return it the store, who would have been happy to accept it, The freight dogs wanted more in shipping than the part was worth to take it back to China! LOL. I have another reason I try to avoid buying Chinese, but that's political and don't need to get into that on this site! Thanks for the input mate!
