Problem with Media after Iphone change from 10 to 14

22 1250RT/no radio/ Sena 50S Hedsets/ Iphone 14
My son owns this bike and would like some help. When he upgraded to Iphone 14 he could no longer get the Media icon to lite up or engage. We have installed latest sena firmware with no change. where should we look? phone, Sena, Bike? Any and all help would be appreciated. He has phone service, just no music. Music worked fine with older Iphone 10
