2015 RT handling woes

Hi, I just bought my first RT. The handling feels like wants to oversteer into corners and low speed handling is ponderous. At standstill, when I turn the bars to full lock, the last few inches they accelerate the turn until they hit the stop. Is that normal? The bike had a static drop rh side and the front tyre is well squared off on the right. I'd love to think it's just the tyre, but would it have so much effect? I've had lots of bikes but never a telelever so don't know what to expect tbh. At speed it's straight and faster corners feel ok. But at low speed it feels awful. Any opinions, advice? Cheers
