Pannier locks

Post by Nightwind15 »

Buying used will not get you the royal BMW treatment on operational procedures of a bike. After I got home I could not get the panniers to open. YouTube it and did exactly as described but no luck. Finally after much time spent going through the menu discovered a little button on the right handle bar switch that had a lock on it. I pressed it and amazingly the pannier opening procedure worked. One down and more to go. Now I have to figure how to turn on the GPS, add my phone and program the FM radio. Life goes on.

Here in the UK we have a acronym - RTFM, which essentially says check your handbook! 🤣

For other matters there’ll always be someone on here with the answer, so ask away.
