Neotec 3 vs 49L Top Case

Hello everyone.
I am thinking about buying a Shoei Neotec 3 in size L.
Can anyone confirm if it fits in the 49L top case of the 2010 RT?
If it does, would it be vertically or horizontally? Thank you.

My Neotec 1 doesn't fit vertically, unless I remove the carpet.

I have a XL (61/62) AGV Tourmodular helmet, that doesn't fit in the 49l topbox either

My Neotec 3 does NOT fit in the top case. Size is XL.
It does fit in the panniers.

Thank you all.
I bought it anyway and I can now for sure tell that the neotec 3 in size L fits verticaly in the top box.
