If you follow exactly the instructions it ahouldn‘t. Probably you missed the sub step „run immediately“ which is way down on the screen. The default setting is „Run after confirmation“ which leads to your result.

Vehicle Main Version 25-03-500 with the user-displayed Software Version 014_015_020 solves all setting lost issues e.g. comfort indicator.

I checked it overnight and the bike keeps the settings now. :-)

Had my first service yesterday, they updated (I don’t know what version yet) but this am it was still ticked! I’m not a trusting one so I’m going to be checking the tick until it stays on for at least a week…. Maybe a month.. or year?!?

Just got a call from my Dealer and they have a new software update which probably (but not guaranteed) resolves the "Everyday Reset" problem.
As soon as the rain and storm stops I'll turn her in. But what will be the new faults the update will bring?

Or it is a 1250RT before 2023 without the menu option. The newest software keeps the comfort indicator on per default with this bikes afaik.

Thanks for the info regarding the timeline for the next update. Seems to be that the dealers all over the world have to work out the reason by trial and error until they are informed by BMW to stop guessing around. I had the very same problem, see viewtopic.php?p=77096#p77096
