Maybe he did say 8/80 and I just misheard him due to crap lorry phone, maybe he has remapped older r1200's as well and included these in his estimate of the number he has done!

Geoff  (Hilltop) has remapped over 800 GS's and RT's (mostly GS's), he's also many other bikes including my Ducati...Hey fellas, i was the biggest skeptic out there, until i had my previous 1200GSA remapped.
Now, I take all my bikes to him for remapping, and NO, i'm not on commission.

Don't forget to inform the insurance company if you remap the engine.  If you don't and you are involved in an accident it could come to light and the your insurance would become null and void.  The consequences are too terrible to even think about it

I was under the impression the Hilltop data ran at the side of BMW's data on the ECU and it was undetectable even by BMW technician's?

Was speaking to a dealer today who suggests the glut of LC bikes is the result of riders returning to air cooled twins?
Or is it the end of so many BMW finance deals?

Your dealer is chattering jibberish ….. the glut of RT's and GS's at present is because owners are moving to 1250's
