Raising the seat.

Post by Manofleisur »

Ok so a couple of weeks into ownership of an 07 reg RT and I ave just raised the seat. As only a shorty I assumed would need the seat on the lowest setting, was that a flawed assumption !!!
On the lowest setting I found my feet were in front of my pegs and were digging me in the front of my legs when I was stationary, however after raising the seat I can still touch the ground ok but my feet now fall naturally behind the pegs and no more digging into mt legs. The seat is now far more comfortable, great result all round. i also feel more in control of the bike.  :)

Nice one, it sounds like the bike's birthday, Christmas, Easter all rolled into one.
