What's your best value biking accessory?

Mine would have to be a toss up between Rok straps and my neck warmer
I was born with nothing and unfortunately I still have most of it left.

My intercom (Sena SMH5) which allows me to chat to my biking buddies whilst I ride.

Wash mitt on an elastic band
Wet it, Clean screen in a morning. Fasten to handles to dry out while travelling for next morning

+1 on the ROK straps. So much better than traditional bungees.

Heated Jacket. I love my Keis jacket. It allows me to be so much less restricted than I used to be with all my layers on trying to keep heat in and cold out. Now it's super toasty and controllable.

Werks quiet shield. Changed the entire feel of the bike and wind behind the windshield.

I agree with yellowjacket, the Werks quiet ride screen added to comfort and enjoyment.

My second choice is the Clearwater Darla lights, despite the cost.      I just feel so much safer knowing there is a better chance I will be seen.

I was considering more lights, but then I read some research and had an interesting conversion with some traffic police. Extra bright lights on a bike, although motorists can see the light, they can't ascertain how fast your going and impacts the motorists ability to judge your distance. So actually can cause issues as they don't know if  to pull out or not. So the theory goes, dipped lights and possibly halo rings are better for being seen. Bright lights also wash out indicators, unless they switch off. So I decided to save some money, but I do like the Darla lights :)

Optimate 4 Dual Programme battery charger. Clever bit of kit that will keep your battery in top condition and can charge through the accessory socket in Canbus mode.

So VERY true.

I fitted the Darla's and they only come on with the High Beams. They are Brilliant in both senses of the word.
