12 volt Switch Connector For a Camera

Post by horand »

Hi
I have a 2016 R1200rt and would like to connect a camera I previously had on my F800 GT. On the GT there was a connection point under the seat near the battery which I could plug in the end of the camera power lead. The supply was connected to the ignition and therefore would switch off when the ignition was switched off. I still have the male connector on the camera lead and unfortunately I cannot show a photo at this point. I'll follow up on this tomorrow with a photo.
Does anyone know of an available plug in point which ideally is connected to the ignition.

Maybe someone has the answer?
Thanks
David
