I don't think I could live with tyres that were worn out at 3500 miles.  My Z8's are just over half worn (according to the service guys at BMW) at 5500 miles.
I'll change them before I get anywhere near the wear indicators.

I agree 3500 miles is not good, I’ll have to check how many miles the BB RT’s have done !
I’ve changed the 4GT’s at 7/7.5k each time!
Can’t say I’ve noticed any squirming on the 5’s felt a lot more sure footed all round!

I always found that the 4's took a few miles from starting to get up to working temperature. The 5's on the other hand are on the ball straight away and just inspire confidence.
Have not tried any of the other tyres so cannot comment but will order another set of these when needed.

I have Metz Roadtech 01s. 6k out of the rear, front still looks ok - ish. Might try pirelli angel GT 2s next.

Well quite surprised 6700 miles to date, I took the bike to be fitted with them, so know mileage is correct
Not much twisty stuff, and mainly motorway miles !  😁👍

Wow 3500 miles and worn out ? i would send them back to the manufacturer for an explanation something wrong there !!!!!
