Don't know if it's different on the later bikes, but on my 2013 if it was the battery you get the dreaded yellow triangle plus 'RDC' message briefly on start up. If it's just -- or --/-- with the yellow triangle, then chances are it's dodgy sensor(s). AliExpress worth a look. £10 for a pair of new o...

More suited, I think, to the young fit Gelande Strasse, Dakar Rally, Long Way Round types. Might prove a bit much for dodgy knees, hips, backs, thumbs and an ever increasing list of meds.

Out and about in the Peak District, yesterday to be fair. Beautiful weather and scenery but the roads were challenging. Grit, pebbles and muck everywhere caused by run off from the fields after all the wet weather. Rear end went sideways at one point, probably about an inch but felt like a yard, bit...
